At Tendril Health Care Services, our Visiting Physician program brings licensed physicians directly to the home to provide primary and ongoing medical care. Our physicians perform examinations, diagnose conditions, review medications, and guide treatment plans for clients who have difficulty traveling to a clinic or office.

We partner closely with families, specialists, and other members of the care team to keep care coordinated, reduce avoidable emergency visits, and help clients receive high-quality medical attention in the comfort of their own home.
